Audio Analytic Ltd., world leader in acoustically connected things, is delighted to announce a technical partnership with Intel (www.intel.com).
In November 2015 Intel laid out its vision for connected home in ‘Intel Smart Tiny House,’ a 210-square-foot ‘living lab’ which included Audio Analytic sound recognition software. The companies have since worked together further to optimize the software for Intel’s IA (Intel Architecture), which has the core tenet of ‘Peace of Mind’.
Hearing can be critical in detecting when things are happening in the home, but if no-one is there to hear them, sounds go unheeded and damage to possessions or harm to pets can result. Audio Analytic’s innovative and proprietary sound recognition software runs on connected devices in smart homes, and when it recognises a target sound it triggers the device both to notify the home owner and to instruct the smart home itself to take appropriate protective action. It gives the home owner additional peace of mind, and is completely aligned with Intel’s vision.
Chris Mitchell, CEO of Audio Analytic said “We are very excited to be working with Intel, probably the world’s best known chip manufacturer, and one of an increasing number of global companies who see the value of our unique sound recognition software in consumer smart home devices and products.”
Audio Analytic will be demonstrating our sound recognition software running on IA on the main Intel stand (Hall 3 Stand 3D30) at this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC), held between 22nd and 25th February in Barcelona.
